(Almost) Free Coaching & Help With Business
As a provider fully accredited by Business Link we are able carry out work for you under a scheme which pays half of your fees for help with your business.
The Leadership and Management Advisory Service is in its final few months, due to Government funding reductions – but if you move quickly and we complete the work before the end of March 2012 then you may receive “free money” up to £1,000 through the scheme.
Eligible?
If you run a small business (2-250 full time equivalent staff) and are in the East Midlands, West Midlands or East of England and have a requirement falling into any of these broad categories then it is definitely worth applying – it is actually very simple.
• Creating an effective business culture – eg. managing difficult people and conflict resolution, building a senior team, encouraging team working, managing change.
• Planning and developing the business and teams within it – eg. developing structures, roles and responsibilities, performance management.
• Building high performance across the business – eg. motivation skills, coaching skills, developing people within a performance framework, strategic planning
Need to move quickly
You need to aspire to high growth and have at least 2 full time equivalent staff (even the smallest business can probably think of a couple of full time equivalent posts) The team administering the funds make the process easy and it really isn’t classic jobsworth approach!
